Pleasant Pheasantry are a husband and wife team of artists who have experimented with many different mediums over the years. A few of the things the hubby half has done are woodwork, ceramics, sketching, sewing, painting, and graphic arts. Some of the things the wife has tried include paper making, macrame, beadwork, shrink plastic, web design, wood burning, book binding, sewing, sketching, and writing. Take note of the creative handle on the pottery jug pictured above, combined with the blue glaze makes for a stunning display piece or a voase for spring blooms. Don't you just love these macramed barefoot sandals? It makes me LONG for summer. She also does macrame jewelry such as chokers and bracelets. Her latest endeavor is paper/book binding, which you can read about on her blog, http://thecraftjournals.blogspot.com/, along with all kinds of other interesting reading! She consisteently participates in HAFteams Spread the Love Campaign, and now the HAF blog ring, which both promote our many talented artists on the HAFteam. Please take a look around at their Etsy shop, and show them some love, won't you? http://www.etsy.com/shop/PleasantPeasantry
