Haf Artist CJGrand

This weeks featured Handmade Artist is CJGrand, of Ontario, Canada. CJ makes some of the most stunning altered art jewelry I have ever seen. She waits, actually hunts, to find just the right parts to complete her exquisite pieces. She is also a sci-fi costumer from way back, and also does steampunk costuming. She is a member of the SRA, and has two shops, one on Artfire, http://www.artfire.com/users/cjgrand, one on Etsy, http://www.etsy.com/shop/cjgrand, and you can follow her blog, http://cjgrand.blogspot.com/, where there is all sorts of interesting reading. She is consistently promoting her fellow HAF Artists in what she calls her Handmade Tweets, which you can also find on her blog. CJ loves swaps, as she just joined Swap Bot.  She is a member of Etsy Canada as well. This is not a slacking woman, to have time for everything she does or is involved in. I was truly undecided about whether or not I even liked steampunk, but it won me over and this woman has inspired me to try my own hand at it. The two pictures above are only two of my favorite pieces of hers, and I highly recommend that you stop into both of her above linked shops for many more views of some real eye candy.
